The Ceremony – Where do we start?
A good place to start the planning of your ceremony is to take time together to explore your individual beliefs, values, circumstances and ideas of the type of ceremony you envision.
Non-religious
One that has no religious references, no prayers, no mention of any God, no set of religious beliefs.
Religious
A ceremony of spiritual belief in God with prayers and religious readings.
Interfaith
Two different religions, with differing beliefs.
Spiritual
Not “religious” but ceremony of a more greater, profound, and higher power.
When a couple chooses to be married outside the doctrinal definitions of a particular religion or spiritual path, with the opportunity to combine beliefs, values, and committment, it becomes a wonderful opportunity for self-expression and a declaration of the power of love in their lives.
As a non-denominational officiant I can perform most religious and spiritual ceremonies.
